3. Products & Pricing

We do our best to display accurate product images, descriptions, and prices. However:

Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Because our hoodies are handmade, slight variations in stitching, fit, and finish between individual pieces are normal and are part of the handmade nature of the product, not defects.
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.
Stock availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed.

4. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, payment issues, or stock availability.

Payment is processed at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are in US Dollars (USD) and exclude applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Because each hoodie is handmade to order, orders are typically processed and produced within [X] business days before shipping.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates only — they are not guaranteed.
We ship within the United States. International shipping may be available at checkout where applicable; customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees.

In summary:

Because each hoodie is handmade to order, all sales are final once processed; however, we offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
If you are not fully satisfied, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a refund.
If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right at no cost to you.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

7. Product Use, Care & Sizing — IMPORTANT

SpideyDrip products are handmade garments. By purchasing, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Our hoodies are made in multiple sizes. Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering, as fit varies by size and incorrect size selection is not considered a defect.
Each piece is handmade; minor irregularities in stitching, seams, zipper alignment, and finish are characteristic of handmade goods.
Follow the care instructions provided with the garment. Improper washing, drying, or handling may damage the product and is not covered by our guarantee.
The hood and zipper design is a stylistic feature; use common sense and do not fully enclose the hood in a way that restricts breathing or vision while in motion, around water, or in any situation requiring full awareness.
Keep small parts and packaging away from young children.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SpideyDrip, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates are not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
Loss of profits, data, revenue, or use.
Personal injury or property damage arising from product use, misuse, or third-party actions.
Delays, cancellations, or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or supply chain disruptions).

Our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you. In such states, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Warranty Disclaimer

Products are sold "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" except where expressly stated otherwise in a written limited warranty provided with the product. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
